The Međimurje Treasury strives to make its website accessible in accordance with the Act on the Accessibility of Websites and mobile applications of Public Sector Bodies of the Republic of Croatia (Official Gazette No 17/19, hereinafter referred to as: “the Act”), transposing Directive (EU) 2016/2102 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 October 2016 on the accessibility of the websites and mobile applications of public sector bodies (OJ L 327, 2 December 2016).

This Accessibility Statement applies to the website of the Međimurje Treasury, located at riznica.hr/.

The website riznica.hr/ is partially harmonised with the Act due to the non-conformances listed below.

Inaccessible content

The content listed below is inaccessible for the following reasons:

• Navigation displays a drop-down menu when the mouse cursor hovers over the navigation element, and not when the element is clicked on
• Some pictures do not have an appropriate description attached
• Some links do not have an appropriate description attached
• Some pictures have textual content, but are not logos
• The contact form does not have an appropriate description accessible to persons using screen readers
• Video clips do not have subtitles and transcripts

The Multimedia – internet usluge (m2m) IT company is working to remedy the non-conformances that have been identified.

Preparation of this Accessibility Statement

This Statement was drafted on 17 September 2020 on the basis of the Draft Accessibility Statement, which is in line with Directive (EU) 2016/2102 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 October 2016 on the accessibility of the websites and mobile applications of public sector bodies and laid down by Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2018/1523.

The assessment of the conformity to the accessibility requirements is a result of a self-assessment by the administrator of the Treasury of Međimurje and contracted Multimedia – internet usluge (m2m) IT company, tasked with the updating and adjustment of the contents.

The Statement was last reviewed on 17 September 2020. The administrator of the Treasury of Međimurje will routinely review this Statement following the remediation of the causes of inaccessibility of some contents.
